      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been trying for well over a week to pay my bill manually on the app like i do every month but it's just not letting me it says review payment and then doesn't let me click it or when i can click it, it then doesn't do anything. Have you tried on a different browser to pay online ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
