I bought an 16 pro max a few days ago and when I got home I didn't open it. The phone box was closed. I want to return it. I want to buy a 17 pro max. That's why I was looking for a way to return it and buy a 17 pro max. Please help me.

You will need to call Sky so they can arrange it's return. Amy new device that you order will see you credit checked again.

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.

Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid responses.

...and iPhone 17's haven't been released (yet). Sometime in September... (19th seems to be the expected date - Sky don't even list them as pre-order)
