topic Apple Laptop in Sky Mobile

Yesterday,, the delivery company that is used by sky delivered a lap top to our house, we were in but he still left it on the door step. I am assuming as he didn't wait that this was his intention all the time. So it seems that £1000 laptop left outside in the rain is acceptable. Not sure what world that is in. Order £50 of garden stuff and had to sign for it.

Sky, who would have been at fault if the laptop was damaged?

DPD are the couriers I believe so any complaints about delivery can be made via them. But you are right I wouldn't be happy about this either as especially you usually have to sign for devices via Sky.

@JillS2
In case you’re not aware you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

I agree, it's not acceptable. Anyone could have nicked it. As to who would be liable for damage my guess would be the courier company (DPD?).
