I'm wanting to know when my phone it going to be dispatched it's been 6 days since I ordered it the iPhone 13

In case you’re not aware you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

As we’re customers we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

If you placed the order online then there would have been as estimated delivery time shown so usually this is pretty accurate so is what you are looking at.
