    <description>&lt;P&gt;My data coverage and signal has been incredibly poor recently, with sometimes only 1 bar of signal and 3G. Does anyone know if I can keep my device contract as I've still got quite a while left but change to a different company for my data plan without sky charging me anything?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
