If I order my phone before 3pm on Sunday will I still get next day delivery even though it is a bank holiday Monday?

You might not for two reasons:

Does the courier DPD deliver on bank Holidays ?

Next day deliver can not be guaranteed due to stock availability issues.

In case you’re not aware you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers, therefore we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales.

Once you have placed your order you have to allow time for the credit checks to be completed, then the most up to date information should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
