Calls Delayed

Hello,

My calls are getting delayed,

I originally thought this might be due to wifi calling, I've disabled wifi calling and the issue still persists.

additionally, I have been doing alot of travelling with work and the issue happens no matter where I am in the country.

It's becoming quite embarrassing to keep talking over work clients to the point where a conversation cannot be had.

The longer the phone call, the worse the delay becomes.

I've got the latest software on my iPhone 16 pro max, updated the carrier every way I know how, but still keep having this problem.

Perhaps arrange for Sky to send you a replacement SIM card in case yours has developed a problem.

150 is the umber to call Sky on about getting sent a replacement sim to try and when calling say nothing if asked any questions by the bot.

I have had this too. So frustrating. I have now transferred my number back to Vodafone and got an e sim. Couldn't take it anymore! Only happened when I switched to sky for a couple months and I need out already. WiFi or no WiFi, different areas. Calls dropping. Terrible.

I'm experiencing this too... Do I really need to port out of sky for a solution?
