Hi I am going on a cruise Norway, Denmark and Germany all within the sky travel roaming charges. Do I have to book to the £2.00 day roaming or can I do it ad hoc on the day I decide you use my phone also can I add my piggy bank data to my roaming and would this save the £2.00 a day or do I still need to pay the daily fee

You cannot book it - it's activated automatically if you make phone calls/texts or use some data.

You can use your piggy bank as data only. You cannot avoid the £2 per day charge.

(Note there's now a fair usage limit of 25GB)

Beware of extra charges when on a cruise and not in range of a land based mast. They could work out very expensive.
