Paying agreement off

Hi there, I would like to pay off my credit agreement in full.

I have tried to go through my account but this will not let me and keeps coming up with an error.

There are some issues with our online accounts at present which might explain the error and in any case to pay this off it is advisable to call Sky on 150 so they can take the payment from you.

Hi I have been trying to pay off my credit agreement for over 4 weeks now.
I can't do it on the app

i cant do it on line

and even when I phone sky are incapable of taking the payment.
what is the issue other than they don't seam to understand what customer service is.
I have been with sky for over 10 years.
Do you want to keep me.
if so let me pay you when I want to pay you that is my right

Otherwise, you'll have to persevere in calling Sky.

Why not as it should be a straight forward process so why did they say they can not take the payment from you ?

You will need to call Sky on 150 to do this.
