Hi

Grateful for some advice. I ordered a new mobile yesterday which has duly arrived today. I am already a sky mobile user & forgot to mention to the advisor that I wanted to keep my number. New sim has not arrived yet - probably receive in the post tomorrow. As an existing customer will my number automatically transfer to new phone? Any info seems to be around getting pac number from old provider but I'm already with Sky. I know I 'm probably being a bit stupid here but always nervous about transferring details over from old phone onto new one. Any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance. 🤔

All you need to do is to more your current sim to the new phone and do not activate the new one when it turns up so this gets cancelled. This will mean that you will continue on your current data package.
