Phone number does not exist

I transferred a phone number from EE to Sky and it worked for 2 weeks. Since the 1st August, the number now says it does not exist when making outgoing or incoming calls and it cannot use any data or send texts. I have called Sky everyday since the 1st of August and no one knows how to fix the issue. Very disappointed in Sky's customer service.

Have they suggesting sending you a replavement sim to try, if not then perhaps suggest this to them the next time you speak to them.

I have been sent a replacement physical sim and now on my 2nd eSIM. Still nothing. I even contacted EE to make sure we closed the account correctly and they said the number was successfully ported to sky on the 7/7. Every time I try and get sky to investigate it, they just put my through to the loyalty/ leaving team!

They are now saying my device is faulty not the sim? Could this be the case?

Do you have a family member or friend with a non sky sim you can try in your phone @SoS23LY to rule out a fault with the phone ?

Yes, just waiting for the sim to arrive
