&lt;P&gt;You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a &lt;STRONG&gt;customer led &lt;/STRONG&gt;discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So to clarify, you rang Sky and they said it's with the Fraud department? If that's correct they won't have done much in the way of an investigation yet if you only placed an order last night.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No-one here will know Sky's fraud-detection criteria (it won't be public for obvious reasons).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But multiple orders (perhaps from differing locations) may be a trigger.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
