Roaming stopped working while in Turkey

I have managed to use my data roaming whilst in Turkey however it has suddenly stopped working.
i have took spend caps off.
i have tried getting the settings sent to me again.
I have gone through my phone settings but still nothing

I have tried contacting customer service but they can't take my call

Roaming using Roaming Passport Plus is now limited to 25GB per billing period then it's £2.50 per GB. This could be a factor.

From Skys own website…
When you roam using our Roaming Passport Plus, we consider that up to 25GB per billing period is a reasonable amount of data to use. If you exceed this amount, we'll assume that you're no longer using data in the way expected of a reasonable customer for periodic travel.

Hi @Gemh3 if you did reach your spend cap then other customers have found making a small (£10) manual payment sometimes starts the roaming working again.
