    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have managed to use my data roaming whilst in Turkey however it has suddenly stopped working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;i have took spend caps off.&lt;BR /&gt;i have tried getting the settings sent to me again.&lt;BR /&gt;I have gone through my phone settings but still nothing&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried contacting customer service but they can't take my call&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Roaming using Roaming Passport Plus is now limited to 25GB per billing period then it's £2.50 per GB. This could be a factor.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;From Skys own website…&lt;BR /&gt;When you roam using our Roaming Passport Plus, we consider that up to 25GB per billing period is a reasonable amount of data to use. If you exceed this amount, we'll assume that you're no longer using data in the way expected of a reasonable customer for periodic travel.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4457418"&gt;@Gemh3&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;if you did reach your spend cap then other customers have found making a small (£10) manual payment sometimes starts the roaming working again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
