I want to add more data and I've not got anything in piggy rewards, is it possible to purchase more data or not?

I believe you can purchase extra data via your account here:

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/mobile/sim/x/manage-plan

The other option is to change your monthly package to a higher one as that should take place more or less straight away.

One off purchases are expensive. As noted, increasing your base plan may be a better idea (as long as you don't have a contract deal that will be removed upon changing).

If you don't have any data in your Piggybank you can purchase 1GB for £6.00 or change your Mix as described above.
