Can I add an e-sim to my sky mobile to use overseas? I cannot see an e-sim option in my sim manager.

You can either order a new esim via here:

https://www.sky.com/shop/mobile/plans

Or you can convert the one you have to a esim:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/esim-sky-mobile-convert-sim

No matter if you sue a physical sim or a esim the same roaming charges will apply so either £2 per day or the more expensive pay what you use at rest of the world destinations.

I suspect @AP57 is trying to add a non-Sky eSIM for use in a 'rest of world' destination.
