Hi @Johh1081 this can only be done by calling sky. You used to be able to do it via your account but that's no longer available. Call on 150.

You asked about this yesterday so I have merged your posts together as the answer is the same.

We are customers here who help each other so we can not send you anything and Sky will only send the sim to the address on your account.
