Sounds like you've been scammed. At some point you've probably given sufficient details for the scammers to order a device in your name.

They try to obtain sufficient details so that they can order an expensive mobile phone under your details which subsequently gets sent to your address. The scammers then recontact you saying they've made a mistake and to send it to a (non Sky) address. They then have the device and you have the bill.

These are the current methods for contacting Sky. (Depending on your reason for making contact some methods will be more appropriate than others) …

🔶call Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or a Sky Talk landline.

All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

Note: if your services are restricted due to a missed payment phone contact is unlikely to work.

And beware that the scammers now need to get their hands on the phone to be successful, and so will take steps that potentially include booking their own doorstep pick-up through a legitimate contractor. Only return the phone to the address given in the link above, but call Sky first (and be very suspicious of unsolicited inbound contact, including calls 'from Sky')
