    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi to all&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;i need to send my &amp;nbsp;iPad Air as a swap program, but I was waiting for the package to send to me and then send the old back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but I didn't know I could use the same package that was send for the new one , it wasn't clear enough when talking one off the advisor over the phone, therefore is going beyond the date agreement to send it back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;is it any phone number I can call and try to explain what the situation is or will be any issue because I send it late?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you call Sky they should hopefully be able to open the swap order again for you. 150 is the number to call from a phone that has a Sky sim in it or a Sky Talk landline phone number.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Or under “Need more help” might be the number to use:&lt;/P&gt;
