hello

The iPhone 15 plus is my daughter’s phone. I have been paying £39 a month and saw for an extra £5 she could get 50gb of data vut. I have been charged £55. This is very misleading, I can only afford to pay £44 or wish to go back to the original plan.

What do future bills show? (As increasing the dataplan does cause a temporary ripple)

You can only change the dataplan once per month - so you'll have to wait until next month to change it again.

This might have happened as you are billed for the new days package up to your next billing date then the next 4 weeks so will be higher after that you should be billed the correct amount.
