Just had a phone call from a sky representative about trying to sell me an iPad contract. As soon as I said I already have he just hung up. Very rude Asian person. You need to have words with your staff.

There is a very good chance that call wasn't from Sky as I think it is pretty unusual for Sky to make random calls try to sell iPads. It is more likely the caller wanted access to your Sky account details so they can then order devices via it as per this:

Yup, chances are it was a scammer pretending to be Sky...
