    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've just transferred to sky mobile, I've activated my sim, and provided the PAC code to transfer over my number. I've received a text from Sky, informing me that my number has been transferred sucessfully&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I am not connected to mobile data, any messages and calls I make, come from the original number, not my transferred number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What can I do to sort this, I have a Samsung Galaxy S23 FE&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I shared the PAC code when I activated my sim, had a confirmation text when the PAC was accepted and another text about 24hrs later saying that the number had been transferred successfully&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you looked at the settings ton the phone to see if it is now showing your transferred&amp;nbsp;number ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I have, and its showing the number that I transferred,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But whenever I make a call, or send a text, its comes through as the number that Sky provided when I activated my sim&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;One possible way around this would be to speak to Sky to ask them to send you a replacement&amp;nbsp;sim as that will come with your transferred&amp;nbsp;number and hopefully should fix this issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
