    <description>&lt;P&gt;So I have an iPad Air 13 inch m2, that you can't put a SIM card in so only accepts esims. When I got the iPad it was working fine. Went abroad and it stopped working no network, no signal, no data. So I removed the eSIM and reinstalled today but still getting error messages not connect to the internet. I have tried to troubleshoot all available steps but still nothing works. I have been sent a replacement sim to convert to eSIM and after installation still getting same message. Please someone help has I'm paying for something that I can't use when out&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Do you have this setting on your iPad, if so it needs to be set to home or automatic:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Settings &amp;gt; Mobile Data &amp;gt; SIM Applications &amp;gt; Make sure this is set to home/automatic.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
