      <description>&lt;P&gt;I upgraded to the samsyng galaxy s24 fe on the 23rd July. I'm sure it was offered with a free samsung watch 7. I have looked through my order emails and I can't see it listed on the order. Is it worth giving sky a ring to enquire? Or does it arrive automatically? Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You have to submit your claim via this link which you need to do as soon as possible as it needs to be done within 30 days of purchase:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You should be able to use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Your credit agreement can be found in your message centre:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Samsung will send this within 45 days of the claim being validated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
