&lt;P&gt;You can't cancel a device unless you have had it for less than 31 days otherwise you signed a credit agreement against it to pay it off over a set period of time. If you have had it less than 31 days then under the cooling off rules&amp;nbsp;you can cancel it by calling Sky who will then arrange for it ti be returned.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you want to cancel a sim you can only do this once you have been paying for it for 12 months&amp;nbsp;or more.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
