August bill not right

my August bill is over £100 in August when it's usually about £50. I noticed there are some new mobile phones on the bill which I didn't agree to. I was looking at new phones but I didn't confirm any of them. Can these be removed please

Not by us as we're other customers here.

You'll have to call Sky but I suspect there's something behind this and they won't just 'remove them'.

Did you receive any calls purporting to be Sky? Your account may have been compromised.

If you receive an unexpected parcel from Sky get in touch with our customer services team immediately. We can give advice on what to do. Don’t send the parcel anywhere except our returns address.

We’ll give you pre-paid returns packaging to send the parcel back to us.
