Can any one help just got sky moblie but sim has no contacts on it how would I load them on aslo when put on data and go to home screen on phone no data connected and no contact. I just put sim in phone and keep old number and that was that useing samsung galaxy a53 any help would be great

Is this a new Sky sim you have got and if so have you activated it or have you moved the sim you already had from your old phone to this new mobile ?

Hi @1954eamonn most people keep their contacts on a Google account or similar so when you log into Google on your new phone the contacts are there. Storing contacts on a sim doesn't really happen these days. If you aren't using the old sim and the contacts were on that sim then they are still on it. Transferring your number doesn't transfer your contacts.
