Sky swap return box damaged

Hi,

I have a swap upgrade with ipad to macbook air but by mistake i have damaged the box but i have the return envelope safe with label inside that ..only return box is damaged so do i need the box also or the envelope inside will work.

or else i would need the return box again to send the product.

You can either contact Sky to ask them to send you some more packaging or you can use whatever you have got or can get and attache the return label to it. Just make sure that when sending this off that you get and keep the proof of posting receipt.
