Im in the process of ordering a new iphone however i have approx £280 left to pay on my current one. If i purchase a new one and choose to pay the rest of the balance off, will it go onto my month payments or will i be charged the full amount at once?

The £280 will be added to your next available bill after you have received your new phone so would need to be paid via your usual payment method,

Hi @Lauren45 if you choose not to upgrade but just order a new device then you can continue paying monthly for the old phone. If you are swapping your device then this won't apply.

So ive got iphone 14 with 280 to pay. I want to upgrade to iphone 16 will it give me the option to keep paying monthly to pay the 14 and add on my new payment for 16 sorry. Im so confused

Hi @Lauren45 are you wanting to trade your old phone in as part of the upgrade ? How long left on your current phone contract ?

Ive had it 2 years, one year remaining. I want to keep my current 14... i just dont want the £280 remaining to come out my bank all at once. Id rather it be added to my new bill if that makes sense

The only way to do that I believe is don't upgrade your phone @Lauren45 just order a new one when logged into your account, you can then continue paying monthly for the old phone and the new phone.
