Berlin Roaming Not Working

Currently in Berlin with my teen daughter

Roaming will not work. Have rolled 10gb data to her, set cap to £100, tried connecting to Sky, Vodafone and o2 but no joy.

Had a bunch of sim updates sent but still nothing.

Daughter has medical issues and is reliant on her phone to monitor her condition and send that info to me over the Internet so this is really important - and annoying.

Her Sky service is always a pain when she travels. I'm with ee which just works.

All suggestions welcome (apart from the standard sky roaming page - which we've done several times)

Is there a spend cap set on this sim and if so has the limit been reached ?

Hello

As per op it is £100 and no not reached.

Have removed altogether since op and still no luck.

Appears that the upgrade to oneui7 has bricked a lot of phones so wonder if this is the issue. Sky say the account is clear of caps and no issues so am really frustrated
