&lt;P&gt;It is Sky then you need to contact about this and when you do say nothing when asked any questions by the bot and remain on the line.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;They will start an investigation with DPD and you should note that this can take a number of weeks to before it is completed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>AWOL delivery.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Had a notification from DPD stating my Galaxy watch had been delivered,&amp;nbsp; great I thought,&amp;nbsp; someone was in.&amp;nbsp; Then I was greeted with a photo as proof of delivery,&amp;nbsp; fantastic,&amp;nbsp; except I have no idea where the place it was delivered is, it's certainly not my address.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ive tried contacting both DPD and Sky through their uselss bot.&amp;nbsp; I know none of you are Sky employees,&amp;nbsp; but I dont know where else to turn.&amp;nbsp; Neither if my present phones are through sky so might just cancel the direct debit.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
