The new plan should be 10gb but is showing as the old plan 3gb for both my partner and I

Had an issue transferring data he was able to keep his sim I had to reconfigure his new sim to my phone

The to bill is showing on my account to but he pays that

When did you change the plan to 10GB

What date are you billed on each month ?

When you change it you will be give a pro rata amount so you will get the amount based on the number of days before it resets which is your billing date, after this you should get the full 10GB each month.

You might want to call Sky on 150 about this. Just stay on the line when the bot asks you any questions.
