&lt;P&gt;To be clear, you are using an email address as the login to your Sky account on the MySky app ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If so try the reset password option:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/" target="_blank"&gt;https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this doesn't work why were you told to use this email address, was your previous login not working ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I created a new email as advised by a customer services colleague. Unfortunately before it could be finalised, I did not manage to create a password. I have checked that this email is the one I should use to access my mobile phone account but when I tried to log on and then create a new password, my email address was not recognised.. Can anyone advise me what to do now?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
