Hi I purchased iPhone 16e and I just got an email to say it's cancelled but it doesn't say why or that my money is being refunded who can I talk to about this the chat was no help

Hi @Lisak891 this usually happens when you fail Skys more enhanced credit checks. Only a call to sky will confirm this. Any money should be refunded within the next week or two.

Called them but they can't tell me why it was cancelled said I can try again. But I won't get my refund for 14 days and if I order again they will take my money but can't say it won't be cancelled again because they don't know why it was cancelled in the first place. What a joke of a company. I am raging I ever moved as soon as my contract is up I'm cancelling everything and will never purchase anything ever again
