    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have ended up coming off a eSIM now and will keep the physical sim it seems to be working better I will try it until O2 / Sky can fix it or something&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I’ve been having issues making calls. It doesn’t make a ringing sound, and this problem has been going on for nearly two years. Other friends and family have it too. Sometimes it rings, and sometimes it doesn’t. We also have to turn airplane mode on and off to get any signal to make or receive calls.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ended up messaging sky live chat they told me to do a few things it deleted my eSIM and now have to wait 3-6 days for a new sim what a pain will be trying a physical sim for now and home it works if not I may have to go to another network&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
