How can I do this? I need proof of purchase

To get your claim in you should be able to use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.

Your credit agreement can be found in your message centre:

https://messages.sky.com/message-centre

Samsung will send this within 45 days of the claim being validated.

Awesome thank you, I did enter the agreement number as the invoice number and that was fine, but they want me to upload proof of purchase along with sky logo
