Where is my order ?

On July 19th, I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Fold 7. I was supposed to receive it on July 22nd. To this day, I haven't received any confirmation from the courier, my parcel is missing, and the tracking status on the Sky website says "coming soon." What does this mean?

I will probably decline your offer. . .

As customers all we can say is that coming soon means just take so you could be looking at anytime between 1-3 weeks,

I understand that, but why did I receive an email from Sky that my order would be delivered on July 22nd? This is so unprofessional.

We can only guess that perhaps there was an issue with the delivery of stock for your order after you had been sent the email.
