Dialled incorrect number

Has anyone had any luck getting a permanent fix for this, "dialled an incorrect number issue?" It seems to be common issue but only seems to affect my wife's phone out of the 4 accounts I have. She's recently upgraded to a new phone and it's still doing it. I had to ring her at home this morning to get her to switch her phone on and off which usually fixes it but whatever the issue is it's probably the same thing that caused her phone to be the only one that wouldn't work when we went to Lanzarote this summer. We get mo warning until we try ringing her and it doesn't work. Out of all of us she's the most important one to have a working phone as she's disabled and prone to falling!

Unfortunately not, it happened again yesterday and that's with a different phone.

@Davie1967 sorry to hear that. I saw the post that someone saying that they have requested a new SIM with their number

Hi there, I thought my wife's was fixed but it did it again yesterday for the first time in ages.
