No mobile connection

Unable to connect to Sky mobile. Have restarted, tried to select Sky network and message says unable to connect, try later. Therefore I cannot use the phone or send or receive sms messages

Yes, I have been having these issues since yesterday tried everything and nothing seems to be working and it says I'm connected to the network
