      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3175402"&gt;@JWBB&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; this does seem to come up quite often. If it's the same with different browsers then you will need to call sky on 150 for help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
