      <title>Not being able to receive a PAC Code.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just cancelled my Sky Mobile account and have been attempting to obtain a PAC Code. I have been trying for five days, each day I have spent an hour or more attempting to receive the PAC Code. All that happened was that I was passed from one department to another, none of which could help me. This has happened every day. Every time I was transferred, I had to go through all the security options only to be passed to another department. I had one operative who gave me a text number with the message PAC, and he said they would be able to send a PAC code to me. When I had done this, I had two mobile numbers, but they couldn't send because they did not know which number the code referred to. There was no instruction as to what to do next. So the phone calls continued. As you will gather from this message, I am angry and frustrated. Is there anyone who can advise me on how to acquire a PAC Code from Sky Mobile, please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;What have you done because if the sim has been cancelled you will not be able to obtain a pac code for it so is the sim still active&amp;nbsp;and working, if it is call Sky on 150 as they should be able to generate a pac code for you without you going through all that hastle.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
