Roaming Limit Off

I'm in the US and have been happily using Roaming Passport Plus. Yesterday, I got a text message saying that Sky couldn't activate Roaming Passport Limit as the spend limit would've been exceeded. I don't have any spend cap and have now turned off my Roaming Spend Cap but still can't get any connection. I've just received another text saying that Roaming Passport Plus still can't be activated as I would be going over my monthly spend limit. Again, this doesn't make sense as all limits are turned off. Urgent help needed as I need roaming for navigation and work.

Thanks but all caps are turned off.

Hi @Mantra+Ghost yes they are off but @caesarome has suggested setting a new higher one, don't have it switched off.
