topic No signal in Sky Mobile

I've had poor signal for nearly a week now and none at all for nearly two days. I've heard nothing from Sky and there seems to be no sense that they are aware of the problem or trying to resolve it. Why do I pay for a service that I am not getting?

Thanks for the suggestion but no, it says it doesn't work with screen readers - whatever that means? I have tried the Sky virtual chat but it doesn't understand that this is a phone signal problem not an issue with the broadband or satellite tv service.
