    <description>&lt;P&gt;Evening all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm thinking about upgrading my phone (iPhone 14). &amp;nbsp;However every time I access the mobile website I am unable to access any details, all I get is a screen saying along the lines of &amp;nbsp;we can't process your request on line at the moment. &amp;nbsp;This has been happening for quite a while now, and it is annoying me! &amp;nbsp;I want to do some comparisons. &amp;nbsp;All my bills are up to date, my two year contract has ended, although obviously I'm still paying for my current phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know what the problem is? &amp;nbsp;I'm sure I can call direct but until I know what I want I don't want to talk to anyone really. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for any info.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Nobody here is going to be able what is causing this error so calling via 150 is all that you can do.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
