Moving to SKY. Where do I get PAC code to activate new SIM

I'm moving my mobile and internet to SKY.

I want to keep mobile numbers.

Have received a welcome pack. I entered my activation code. Now asking for a PAC. Where do I get this from?

@AJB59 You should be able to get your PAC code by texting PAC to 65075 from the number you want to keep(hopefully you haven't already cancelled the sim associated with the number you wish to keep).

If texting that number doesn't work then you need to speak to the provider you're leaving and ask them to provide it.

I tried text for PAC code and that didn't work.

In the end I managed to reach existing provider and they emailed me different PAC codes for each number on the family package.
