My 5g network didn't work at all on Saturday after turning off WiFi. Why is this ? I pay extra for this.

Hi @Murraynator you don't pay any extra for 5 G. Has it previously worked ? Were you definitely in a 5 G area ? Have you enabled the 5 G add on in your account ?

There's no extra charges for using 5G.
