Thanks, I have not activated the new sim so I will keep an eye on my account and hope it doesn't go through.

Existing sky mobile customer here with a rolling data plan. I saw a 12 month data deal and signed up for it but it sent me a new sim card in the post. I don't need a new sim card and want to stick to the number I currently have. Go onto mysky app and it seems to show two sims. What do I do?

Hi @Cnkxodnhhbd8 the new plan you signed up for will have a new number. If you dont activate the new sim it will drop off your account. You can't port your number from one sky sim to another. If you have activated the new sim you will need to call sky to cancel it and continue using your old one. If you have had the old sim more than 12 months you could port that number to a different network on PAYG then port it back to the new sim.
