Hi , swapped my iPhone 15 pro for a 16 Pro. Done it plenty of time before my next bill . 2 weeks ago, I know that they have received it as I sent it tracked, but had no response at all ,the phone was worth more so I was supposed to be £5 pounds in credit, but if Been billed twice for 2 phones, don't understand why

You have answered your own question, billing continues on the return device until it has been inspected by the company that handles the returns on behalf of Sky as this can take 2-3 weeks.

Hi @TED28 it takes 2-3 weeks for returns to be processed and if your bill was due it would have been prepared earlier, once your return is processed and approved then any overpayment will be returned by sky.

...they may have received it but it's taking around 2-3 weeks to process atm.

You won't be out of pocket as the outstanding balance of the return will be reduced and should give you a larger credit once they've inspected it and agreed the value.
