See additional SIM usage for other users

Hi, please help. I've just signed up to Sky Mobile for myself and my wife, so far so good. I'm the primary account holder so I can manage both SIMs and piggybank from my My Sky app.

Without giving my Sky login to my wife, how can she see her mobile data allowance and usage on her phone?

Even if I share services with her and make her a member and a manager (and she sets up her own Sky account in that process), she still cannot see her mobile data allowance (she only sees TV and Broadband, no mobile).

I think the only way is to give her your access details as I don't think there is a way around this as only the account holder can access this information.

Hi @markis1974 you can't, she can only view using your login details.
