&lt;P&gt;The settings will be automatically saved on your phone when they are sent to it which you can do via here:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account &amp;gt; Mobile &amp;gt; Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.&lt;BR /&gt;Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.&lt;BR /&gt;Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.&lt;BR /&gt;Save the settings when your receive&amp;nbsp;them and reboot your phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I got a new sky mobile last week and I don't seem to be able to use my phone when I am outside and not on my home WiFi. I can't access the internet or make calls. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? When I have checked the mobile service it has a travel and primary option. I don't know what this means. Thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;When you go this new phone to you move the sim from another one to this one, if so try getting the APN settings sent to it:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had to send the phone back, and cancel my contract, as I was very frustrated with the call centres help. They didnt seem to understand what I was meaning when I tried to explain that there were two lines, Personal PE, and Private PR, he was actually asking&amp;nbsp; ME what that was!!, cuffing hopless. The result was he was going to send out a new SIM, again, this would have been the 3rd, so had to cancel.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
