Hello

ive just received my iPad on pay monthly, but it's a Christmas present and I don't want to open it, is that ok? Or do I have to do it stright away?

You can start using it whenever you want. If you have ordered a sim to use with it then if this hasn't been activated with 30 days then the sim will be cancelled so if this happens you can always order another one come December to use with it.

Hi @Hello17 if you ordered a sim and plan with it then that needs to be activated within 31 days. You don't have to anything with the iPad but you will start paying for it now.

It might be you ahve the same 31 days to get the esim activated.
